We hand select the vendors and provide a marketplace where they can share their passion with the community.

Where ARE THE REALLY COOL STUFF EVENTS held?
The 2024 REALLY COOL CHRISTMAS event will be held in historic downtown Wilmington NC, on Dock Street
When/Where do I load in?
Check-in directions and vendor parking, will be sent to you closer to the event date.
What happens if there is bad weather?
This is a rain or shine event, however weather is obviously unpredictable. In the event of extreme weather conditions refer to our Facebook page for any messages regarding the weather.
If in the eyes of the festival organizers, the event needs to be cancelled and does not take place due to inclement weather, vendors will be offered a full credit to the next scheduled RCS event.

How much are spaces?
10'x10' spaces are $110.00 and are non-refundable.
If a RCS event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances you may roll over to the next RCS date.

Do I need weights?
All tents MUST have sufficient weights. You are responsible for any damage if your tent blows over.
What is the set up / breakdown procedure?
Set up directions and breakdown procedures will be sent to closer to the event date.
Is there space behind my booth for storage?
Vendors must make sure all merchandise, displays, and containers remain in the footprint of their booth.
